Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flowork (flowork.co.in), a marketplace that connects people looking for co-working space with cafés that offer it. By using Flowork, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to book or list a space. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

For guests

• Bookings are for the space, date, time, and number of seats you select. Please arrive and use the space within your booked window.
• A flat platform fee may be added to each booking; the total is shown before you confirm.
• Cafés set their own house rules. Please respect the space and the other guests using it.

For hosts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, the availability you publish, and honouring confirmed bookings.
• You confirm you have the right to list the space and offer it for paid use.
• You set your own per-hour and day-pass pricing. Flowork retains a flat platform fee per booking.

Payments

Where online payments are enabled, they are processed securely through Razorpay. Flowork is not responsible for issues arising from the payment processor beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund handling may vary by café. Where a booking has not been paid, closing checkout releases the held seats automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, post false or misleading content, infringe others' rights, or use Flowork for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

Flowork provides the platform “as is” and acts as an intermediary between guests and cafés. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any host or guest, or for the condition of any space.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flowork after changes means you accept the updated terms.
