• Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Listings. If you list a café, we store the details you provide — café name, location, amenities, spaces, pricing, and photos you upload.
• Bookings. Details of the spaces you book, including date, time, seats, and amount.
• Reviews. Ratings and comments you submit after a stay.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To show listings, process bookings, and notify hosts of activity.
• To display reviews and improve the quality of the platform.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

Service providers we use

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who help us run Flowork:

• Google — for sign-in (OAuth).
• Neon — our database, where account and booking data is stored.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
• UploadThing — storage of photos you upload.
• Razorpay — payment processing, when online payments are enabled. We never store your card details.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us.
• Revoke Flowork's access to your Google account from your Google account settings at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
